Mr. Licata was very professional, patient and caring. He took a situation that was embarrassing and stressful to me and put me at ease. He answered my questions as many times as it took until I completely understood. I have said before that I would not wish for anyone to be in the position to need a bankruptcy lawyer but if anyone finds themselves in that position then they need to call Mr Lacata. I would highly recommend this firm.

I must say Marc Licata and his staff helped our family through a very dark time. They were very kind and walked us through the process. He and his staff acted on our behalf in a very professional and discrete way. We would refer people to him without a moment's hesitation!

Needed to file ASAP to stop a repossesion. Marc met with me for 3/4ths a day in person so my case could be filed immeditaley. I additionaly filed for $700 which I found to be the most resonable in town.

Were are so thankful we had Marc & his staff represent us during our recent bankruptcy. They were there with us every step of the way. They are extremely organized and pay attention to every detail. They made sure we were completely prepared for our creditors meeting. In fact we were the only case that could be completed that day do to the fact all the other attorneys that day were unprepared. It is obvious Marc is well respected among the Trustees & their staffs, and he should be! He is great @ what he does. We couldn't be happier to have him as our attorney. His rates are very reasonable. He may not the cheapest in this area but remember, you get what you pay for!! Hopefully none of our friends need his services but if they do we will definitely recommend Marc to them. Thanks Marc for all of your help!!

THE WORST EXPERIANCE I HAVE EVER HAD! DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY FOR BANKRUPTCY!! HE CHARGES YOU A FORTUNE AND THEN DOESNT EVEN SHOW UP IN COURT! HIS WHOLE OFFICE COULD USE A LESSONON MANNERS! SAVE YOUR MONEY, GET SOMEONE ELSE!
