Mr. Behnam stood us up on Friday Nov 14 and we have not received any communication from his office since. We had made an appointment about 10 days prior for a 10 am visit. My wife and I each took the day off work and drove 20 miles roundtrip from our home to meet Mr Behnam. Upon our arrival at his office, the receptionist told us: “Mr. Behnam is not in. Would you like to make an appointment?” We told her we already had an appointment and asked where Mr. Behnam was. She was at a loss for words. She finally improvised something about his “having an emergency.” That turned into his “having to go to court.” We asked why no one had called us at our home that morning to tell us, and she couldn’t answer that question either. We told the receptionist that we would appreciate her telling Mr. Behnam about our great displeasure at this turn of events and how unprofessional we felt this behavior was. She nodded her head. As I said, we have never heard another word in the weeks since.

He made promises and did not keep any. He didn't know how to properly fill out a child support calculator worksheet. Gave up on keeping the case in LA county because he had vacation set for during a court hearing. I would never have hired him if I knew how horrible things would have turned out.
