One of the worst lawyers I have ever seen, seems to be working with the opposing party more than for you, screwed me royal on my case and lost my ass and any faith in the legal system, I hope anyone who hires him doesn't have anything to lose, because you probaly will.

Don't use this attorney. He was not prepared, did nothing to prepare us for trial, tried to appear knowledgeable in court but had nearly every question objected to. He agreed to throw out the only useful witness testimony. He can't remember names, facts and does not understand the big picture of the case. He did not know the case well enough to know what was right or wrong. If we listened to his advice regarding settlement, we would have ended up with 25% of what we actually settled on. Even the judge knew he was incompetent...her comments: "your silence was deafening". He rarely objected to anything so everything that we were not allowed to say was totally allowed by opposing side. DO NOT HIRE HIM, CONTINGENCY OR NOT!!!!WALK AWAY, YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF!!!

not happy with the lack of effort put in on my case either, this lawyer is a hack and should be barred from practicing law, I would say he was unprepared and did not fight at all for me. Got screwed big time due to his lack of effort.
