George Derieg finished a complicated living trust for our family within a week and instead of having to drive all the way to his office he came to our house, with a notary and after the documents were notarized, he recorded them the next day. Great, efficient, fast. No lawyer compares to George Derieg.

Mr. Derieg handled a case of mine. I was charged with a crime that I did not commit and Mr. Derieg was honest and upfront about the entire criminal process. He understood what to do and when to do it. He had my case dismissed and I did not have to even go to court. He was very intelligent and fought for me. I spoke with George about writing a trust for my mother. He actually paid my mother and myself a home visit, with his laptop computer and wrote up the trust then and there. He also quoted a price and slashed it once he found out that my mom was on an extremley limited SSI income. He answered my phone calls and was very knowledgeable in this area of law. He also drew up the document to record the trust and went to the hall of records himself instead of instructing us how to do it. most trust lawyers dont do that, one attorney said it would cost me $500 extra! I'm glad George Derieg was our attorney and would reccomend him to anyone!

He said he would prepare a trust for my husband and I in accordance with our wishes and goals, but the document we received a couple of months later had very little to do with what we'd asked for and was full of mistakes. He said he'd had computer problems and maybe he had, but he also clearly did not review the document before he sent it to me. From the start, there were some basic things about what should or should not go into a trust that he didn't know, but later I realized the main problem was that he does not listen closely. His first shot at the trust was so slow in coming and so far off the mark that I decided against having him complete it. I simply had no faith in his ability work up a trust that I would feel comfortable in signing.
