May god bless this attorney. One of the most professional and outgoing attorneys i have ever met. with his years of knowledge i was arrested on VOP charge and the first appearance i was ROR. His services are worth!

Hello my name is Tom, I have lived in NYC for over 35 years, I met Mr Marino about 16 years ago. Since then I never looked around for another lawyer. And just recently I had my biggest problem wth the law and wow did he resolve everything ! Now I know why I have stayed wth him for so many years, he knows his stuff so well! Mr. Marino needs his license revoked. He takes people's money and shows no care about the case. He dcoesn't show up in court, much less know what the heck is going on with his client's case. His follow-up is next to none. He doesn't file motions in a timely manner. His peers laugh at the mention of his name. He was retained for his services for a client. Mr. Marino never filed to show he was hired as a personal attorney for the client. The client was never notified by his attorney Mr. Marino of a change in court date. Mr. Marino's client went to court in the midst of the day when he was notified by the legal aide who first assisted him. It was made known by the jduge and legal aide Mr. Marino didn't file to represent him after taking his money. In addition, the client was held in prision for six days on an additional bail. Mr. Marino never visited his client while he was being held to advise him on his next steps of action. His responsiveness to the client's case was poor. Unbelievable
