I hired Mr. Kelly approximately six years ago, gave him a $3000 retainer. He retrieved my file from the other lawyer I had, and that’s as far as he has gone he doesn’t return phone calls won’t give me back my money. I’ve actually had to make appointments to go to his office so I can speak to him about my case. Only to have him call and cancel the appointment. All of my neighbours that were in on the lawsuit have all been paid off and finished with it. I was the person that started the lawsuit and paid for at all and I’ve received nothing I would rate him with a zero because he has done absolutely nothing.
