I was facing a court martial for sexual assault and was told by more than one military lawyer that I wouldn't have a chance at trial because of the evidence against me. I hired Tim Bilecki and he immediately reviewed the case and found a strategy to win my case. He was very confident and delivered on it during trial. During the case, he cross-examined the government witnesses and showed the jury that they were lying and not being honest. His closing argument was passionate and compelling. The jury came back and found me NOT GUILTY of all charges. The prosecutors were not happy about it, but I didn't care because Mr. Bilecki saved my life. If you need a lawyer to fight for you, I can't recommend Mr. Bilecki enough.

Bilecki did an amazing job, he won my trial and kept me out of the brig. I was facing serious sex assault charges for hooking up with a "****" marine who claimed rape. Two months later I was charged and hired Mr. Bilecki. He was always confident, never gave up and went after the girl in trial. He also made the NCIS agents look like fools. I was found not guilty of everything... I owe him everything. He knows his stuff and dominates the courtroom. There were a few times I had trouble reaching him, but he is in court a lot so i understood. Can not recommend enough.

told you what ever you wanted to hear to get your money... answer all your call and everything, once we got your money,,, never return a call, wait until 10 days before a trail to began working on the case. not happy at all... not happy!
