Literally admitted to me and my adoptive mother that she dropped the ball on my case and then she turned around and tried to make me sign a paper saying that I was choosing to represent myself. She got herself off my case I was refused a new legal aid certificate as she made it out to be like I was a problem client and then I lost my child because I had to self represent stay far away from her if you want a fighting chance of keeping your children seriously. She’s nice to your face and a snake behind your back.

The absolute best lawyer one could ask for. Fights for you hard, and is very honest and down to earth with you. Clearly communicates her point of view to you, communicates with the other lawyers for you, and listens to what you have to say. Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Sullivan, she is without a doubt the most professional, tenacious lawyer anyone could ever ask for. I would recommend her highly to anyone dealing with family law problems, or the Children's Aid Society.

Had legal aid, hence the 3 on value I really can't comment on that.
I used her 4 years previous of this review. As a father, she advocated for me with more tenacity than should be expected. She truly went above and beyond. Special thanks to her assistant at the time. Love you Susan, thanks for all you have done for me and my family. I wouldn't be where I am without you.

The only reason why I would place bad comment is because I was on the receiving hand of Sullivan , in fairness if you are looking for the worse person to unleash on the father of your children regardless of your childrenthen,this is your candidate, she is the worse of the worse and will stand as low as possible , on the other hand if your case about reaching resolve where you can build with the other parent after , stay away from her ....IN THE END WHAT IS LEFT IN THE VOID CREATED BY SHADY STRATEGIES OF PEOPLE LIKE SULLIVAN WILL BE YOUR CHILDREN ...AND SOME DAMAGED WONT BE MENDABLE ,AND ALL WILL BE AFFECTED DEEPLY BY HER TACTICS, SHE HAS ZERO REGARDS FOR THE CHILDREN. To her it is a business ne the emotional and financial scares you and your family will bare won't make her loose any sleep ...as far as the worse , she is the best. If she represent the other side in custody ...section 12 is your solution ....

Susan Sullivan is a bully, she uses tactics like a high school bully to get her way, just because you have practised law for years doesn't mean your a good lawyer, Susan Sullivan benefits off the flawed system of family law, she is as crooked as they come, she represents the worst of the worst of mothers and sleeps at night very comfortably, she is the face of crooked family law.

Honestly she is the best family lawyer I have met or even herd about. She is honest and realistic about your situation. Anyone who is on here saying any diffrent obviously thinks lawyers are magical and can fix any situation you end up in but the reality is most of the time your the one agreeing to the order so unless you have actually changed your lawyer because you wernt happy with the services you cant say she failed you or didnt provide good enough service. I am half way threw my case with her now and i dont always like what im told but i know its something she can not control. When it comes to her knowlage of the law she is amazing and she is extremely understanding and relatable. So i will recomend her anyday i really don't thibk you can find a better lawyer then her.

Absolutely appalling. She was supposed to be representing my autistic son, between her lack of consistency, knowledge and intellectual clarity, she failed him. She failed me and she failed my family. I was jubilant on the news of my son getting a lawyer, now I'm disappointed and annoyed by the 6 months that just went to waste.

Susan Sullivan has gone above and beyond for me and my children. She is patient, understanding and thorough. The service that I received from Susan and her assistant was incredible. I have only great things to say about her. I'm blessed to have a lawyer who is so dedicated and trustworthy. I highly recommend Susan Sullivan!

If you need a competent lawyer, Susan is not it. She's useless, has regard for anyone but herself, has her own agenda in everything she does and worst of all, is a waste of breath. I have never seen a lawyer so incompetent in my life. She basically single handedly destroyed my life. If you come into contact with her, RUN. She's useless oh and don't forget arrogant. If you were able to get the home done, then a little bit of arrogance may be expected but Her, no reason. USELESS.

I have been represented by Sue Sullivan for approximatly 8 years off and on, so I can speak with some accurate knowledge that should be respected especially if you are on this site. Sue has always listened to whatever I have had to say, given me sound advise and suggested the best way to handle the situation at hand. She has alway made me comfortable and has never made me feel judged, she has alway made me feel secure in the fact that she would support and represent me in the most professional manner which is what i would expect from a lawyer. She has always gone above and beyond and everytime I deal with here I am left feeling how lucky I am to have her fighting on my behalf. I have recommended and would recommend her to anyone that has to deal the family court system !!

Worst lawyer,look up on canlii site I fired her after trial where she lost me my children for no reason. I self represented and got them back!!! She is a joke lawyer gives false hope and drops the all when up against anyone with real experience dealing with CAS. Buyer beware unless you have a simple case she is not worth the expense.
