Smart, Effective, Diligent Attorney.

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews about Scot McMillan on this site/lawyerratingz.com and yelp keep disappearing, inclusive of mine. So I am re-posting my review. I hired Scott McMillan a while back, and almost immediately regretted it. To say that he has credibility and competency issues is to put it mildly. He even got caught red-handed posting fake reviews on yelp {or making his employees post fake reviews; https://blog.simplejustice.us/2013/09... I guess that's why he started his side businesses of his website (fearnotlaw.com , that no one understands the purpose of), as well as his law school that no one attends or has graduated from {McMillan Academy of Law; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McMilla... He has also filed numerous appeals that he has dismissed for various reasons of incompetency.

Over the course of more than two (2) years, Scott McMillan and his entire office helped me through what was a very tough experience that resulted in not only a ground breaking settlement, but also in financial relief that was better than expected.
Scott was consistently on my side, in my corner and just a phone call/email away. He explained each step of the process and provided relevant information so that I could understand the intricacies of the case.
