Warning!! “Do not hire him as a lawyer if you care about your voice being heard or want someone that is going to fight for what’s in the best interest of your specific case situation.” Daniel Bacalis is one of the rudest individuals that we have ever had to work with and has caused nothing but stress & frustration as he does not care to fight for your needs and desires. I understand that not all cases are guaranteed but I would expect for my lawyer to want to fight for my desires and at least explain all of my options for me to decide to come to a happy median for both parties. He would never answer any of the email questions that we would have, and trust me I know that i am not the only case he is working on but he NEVER would reply to what we would ask him (in person, over the phone, or via email) and he would completely dismiss and degrade us. On numerous occasions I had to remind him to watch how he talked to us as there was no need for that behavior.

I cant agree more with previous review in addition. This Lawyer has no regard or interest to his clients concerns and is not looking towards your best interests.

Daniel Bacalis is one of the rudest professionals I had ever encountered. I hired him to help me with my child custody case. He did not ask me what I wanted and when I tried to contact him numerous times, I would never get to speak with him only his secretary. When I was able to actually speak with Mr. Bacalis, he was impatient, rude and even told me I was irritating him by asking too many questions! He charged me $90 for a 3 minute call! On our hearing date, he did not even represent me! He just stood there and did not ask questions to the other party nor did he try to persuade the judge to what I was asking for, which was not much. I had to hire a different attorney to clean up the mess he did. And thankfully I did that in time to help with my case.
