She is very forgetful. Her phone is rarely answered & she does not return her messages. She claims she doesn't keep copies or the original of the wills or trusts or power of attorney she creates for you, yet she give you unsigned copies. Where are the originals? You ask her to review a contract and ask if you should sign it and she says she'll get back to you on it and never does, then can't remember that you gave her the contract! She and her husband share a legal practice in the tiniest office; they have no employees...guess that should tell you something about the success of their practice.
