Thomas Michealides is not a good attorney. He's great at getting money from you, he's tenacious but very bad once he has his money. It's always very hard to get a hold of him. He has his paralegals and secretary do most of his work. Very disorganized He doesn't always show up to court instead hiring some to sit in for him. I paid 2500.00 for a simple bankruptcy and he wasn't there for me. He holds info from you and stretches out the cases to make more money. He's a ghetto lawyer with Beverly Hills prices. DO NOT USE HIM!

Piad retainer of $2000.00 for DUI case, he did nothing as he was suspended and sent to drug rehab. I went to court on a warrant in May and was fined $1383.00 including failure to appear. I have to have it paid bvy November. I currently live on $736.00 a month and have no credit card so paying this is causing extreme hardship. I have contacted him repeatedly by phone Email and mail he refuses to respond. I want my retainer returned as he did nothing for my case.I feel that he ios ethically obligated to refund my retainer so I can pay my fine and legal expenses.
