This lawyer goes through staff- you will have an average of 7 paralaegals all of whom are new to your case once the last one is fired. The only updates you will receive by mail are birthday cards mailed annually. The staff will tell you that they will call you back but they never will. Then after two years of doing absolutely nothing but mishandling your case, he will tell you you have to settle for almost nothing because he will not take your case to trial, "he is too old for that" and that if you don't like it find another lawyer. If you question the way your case was handled be prepared to listen to him rant about,"Are you questioning my business practices?" and "I don't have to talk to you!" In conclusion, he is a nasty jerk with no interpersonal skills. If you are trying to get a settlement for your pain and suffering and future medical bills you won't get it here. Especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. But they won't tell you that when you sign their contract.
