Joe Muscato worked on my case for 7 months with no success. He instilled much confidence which is why I felt he would be able to handle my case. He always returned my calls even if it were well after business hours. I appreciated the amount of time he spent with me. However he didn't answer my legal questions to my satisfaction and kept me in the dark about details of the case. After withdrawing from my case two months ago I have yet to recieve a final bill and monies owed me from my retainer fee. The Bar Association is investigating this matter.
