I am 72 years of age and didn’t want to loose my home and start all over.
I got a loan that I did not understand the person who sold it to me said it would be good. I needed help and I had to do something.
I was hesitant to work with Mr. Taylor but he and his staff explained what they were going to do and that they would not give up on me. He got all of my paperwork in and the bank didn’t care, they said they would not give me a modification even though I am on a fixed income. Mr. Taylor filed a law suit to save my house, even though he knows I can’t pay a regular retainer. I pay for his costs to file documents and he comes up for free and appears in court and writes the court documents for free. He wants me to have my home till I die, which is what I want.
I don’t know what I would have done if Mr. Taylor did not come into my life. They try to explain everything to me, they are there when I call and it has been a Godsend.
