Kathleen is only worried about getting paid. She will NOT work hard for your case and family, she told me to "just give him everything he wants." when my husband and I were going through a divorce and he wouldn't pay child support. She will charge you $250/hr for EVERYTHING, she says she will charge $75/hour for paralegal hours but claims to do all the work herself. I did not speak to anyone but her assistant 95% of the time and received a bill for more than $1000 for phone calls and emails she did not make. She is only kind of knowledgable about the law and will not do much besides write up documents (with plenty of mistakes in them) and charge you hundreds of dollars for them. If you are in a nasty divorce, she WILL NOT go out of her way to help you and your kids. She just wants to get paid and get you out of her office or off the phone.
