In Nov.'18, "John", Chad Boonswang's assistant sent me a contract w/ a 25% contingent fee. I didn't sign. I called and spoke to Chad Boonswang directly; he agreed to 12%, but the new contract, emailed from Chad himself, said 15%. I wrote Chad about our phone agreement of 12%, not 15%. I also addressed the "extras" that are not included in the 12%. I asked that a specific time frame be included for the deposit of monies upon winning.
Despite 2 follow-up emails, I did not hear back. Today, Jan 17,2019, I called Chad. He lied saying he never agreed to 12 OR 15% and that "Whatever is discussed verbally doesn't matter. What matters is what's in the contract." I read HIS contract to him, which clearly said 15%. Chad then said he was revoking the contract.
This man is shady, greedy and dishonest. I have the emails/contracts.
I think this guy is a swindler and people should read very carefully any contract he sends. He's a fast-talking scammer who gives good lawyers a bad name.
