I was over charged and had to argue for a refund of $500.00. Communication was minimum at best. Negotiations took two days for a $17,000 settlement. Recommendations from my attorney cost me $1200.00 only to contradict the facts in my case. An injured co-worker received $25,000 without an attorney. This attorney really lowered the bar, no pun intended.
