Scott was my guardian angel. He saw my Son through a rough and difficult case. My Son was facing 6 years. Thanks to Scott my Son is home and happy. I would highly recommend this Law firm to anyone in need of great defense and leadership. His personal assistant Chelle is also amazing. Excellent attorney delivered on everything he stated . Honest about the situation and what is possible for sentencing ......always goes above and beyond what you'd expect. WORTH every single cent. Never met a more honest and willing attorney who kept his word and delivered in court where it counts.

Every case is different and has its own intricacies... All i know is one of my good friends Martin Murat, hired Scott. His charge was 1st degree murder with a firearm and second degree murder with a firearm. There were incriminating text messages and video footage as evidence. My friend and I really did not know what an attorney could do with the cards stacked against us. Scott was diligent in his defense and each step he took was carefully planned. In the end it was the best decision my friend ever made, Scott grilled the police and vigorously defended Martine. Martine was declared not guilty on all charges today, check out the link below:

Scott is a nice guy and he does work with you on the price and payments, but, He steered me in the wrong direction and was trying to get my family to talk me into a plea. Nice guy and payment plans does not make a GOOD lawyer. If you need a DUI or low grade felony attorney thats affordable, Scott is ok. If you need a solid defense attorney I suggest you find a more seasoned attorney that the prosecuters know are battle tested. I do not think Scott has the respect yet. He does not make the greatest decisions that will affect you for the rest of your life. I am glad I hired another attorney. Scott wanted me to plead to 36 months and said that was a good as it would get, my new attorney got me reduced charges and PTI for 6 months. You decide.
