Tom Huguenor is inattentive and incompetent. He does not know California law. He charged me $5,966.90 to file a petition for Child Support—his performance in all areas so unsatisfactory I turned the case over to another attorney who quickly discovered the action he filed in San Diego was erroneous and had to be dismissed. I am in process of documenting a report to submit to the State Bar of California.

Don't use this lawyer. He's unprofessional. He charged me for my initial consultation which his office and his website assured me would be free. He called me home phone number at 4:00 a.m after I specifically told him he would put me in a dangerous situation if he called me home at all. What professional calls someones home at 4:00 a.m.? I would never hire this lawyer.

Despite of my prior divorce lawyer who was a Specialist in family law and I interviewed many divorce lawyers in San Diego, I was so lucky to find Mr. Huguenor on Internet, after I contacted and went to see him for free consultant, I said wow in my mind that I really need this attorney to handle my case. For long story short, my divorce case was a terrible battle. My prior Specialist divorce lawyer failed to protect me against all bad attacks from the opposite lawyer. Luckily, after I signed a contract with Mr. Huguenor, I felt very happy each result of court hearings. I was so lucky to have Mr. Huguenor and his staffs having so great professional experience, integrity, diligent to handle my case and conclude it with a great result. Honestly, I felt I owed them a million thanks in my life. I would recommend all to see Mr. Huguenor and his staffs. If he signs a contract with you, you would feel you have a lucky day ahead.
