Ruben took our case against a mortgage company filed some papers with the court but never followed through, with asking for the documents we requested him to ask for keep billing us months later and lost on all causes of action on the case.

We hired Reuben to take care of a case with Chase regarding the mortgage terms (basically what everyone was doing), he took our case, kept the retainer and several thousand dollars more which he asked us to pay within 30 days after hired, didn't file any papers with Chase or the Stockton Court, didn't communicate one single time with us until more than 6 months had passed (even then just to tell us he was not able to talk with anyone at the bank), we never received any paperwork from him since the first meeting (no emails, no status reports), and even one year and half later we are still trying to get a refund from him for services he never provided.
