Click to report rating    3/27/13   5     1     3     2     2   We retained Mr Vardiman in regards to a family case about 2 1/2 years ago. His fees are reasonable and yes he was available SOMETIMES after hours, but sometimes would just not respond or I'd have to harass him to get a response. He showed up for our case late, although he was ok in court once he did show up. Also, correspondence he sent to my ex wife threatening a law suit had typos and grammatical errors. I'm sure the letter wasn't taken seriously. RID: 105658
Click to report rating    12/16/11   5     5     5     5     5   His fee was reasonable - let me pay off my account over time. He was flexible about meeting to discuss my case after work hours. Additionally, he took phone calls on weekends/after work hours. He was able to help me settle my case without a trial, which saved me money in the end. RID: 57151
Click to report rating    6/21/11   3     1     1     1     1   Gave retainer for divorce in Jan 2011. Said he could file complaint immediately-then nothing. Does not respond to emails; 4 times told me he was finishing & sending documents to me then nothing came. Advised me not to add husband to health insurance when I changed employer now husband facing major health & hospital charges- and since still married, I think I'm also responsible. Told me to file separately for taxes tho told him this would increase my tax by 2X-3X. CPA confirmed in email-forwarded email to him and asked for reason not to file jointly since still married-did not respond to me or CPA until 4/15. Then implied that retainer being eaten up due to the calls & him sending emails to husband. On 5/6/2011 emailed he wanted to have telephone meeting-had 4 questions; told him email questions so I could prepare & be efficient. No response. Asked again-no response. Now writes he has new office location. RID: 47435
