He is very smart and knows the law, but his office is poorly run. It is impossible to get a reply to emails or call back to messages. His assistant is often rude and also avoids calls. He has a young law student who answers calls/emails quickly but has his hands tied. Best hope is that Victor teaches him well and the new guy keeps providing good service. Good lawyer, reasonably priced, worth hiring but only if you're not in a rush to get something done.

Hard to reach. Takes numerous calls to finally reach him.

Difficult to reach, poor at returning phone calls. Operates with poor assistant and voice mail system.Avoid this lawyer. On numerous occasions it has taken up to weeks to get return call. This business will screen the calls with technology to avoid you.
