My ex-wife hired Borja to re-negotiate her divorce agreement. She would not believe my ex-wife receives 100% of my Social Security benefits upon my death, more than enough to cover alimony. It was not until I provided a letter from Social Security that finally resolved the matter. A simple phone call by her to Social Security to verify the facts would have resolved it 2 years earlier.
