Heather is easily bullied by opposing counsel and judges. She will not stand up for her client at all. She and her office aren’t very thorough and make too many mistakes. She is not knowledgeable about family court. S If she can’t bill you she won’t communicate. She is only about money, not about winning for the client. She definitely doesn't look out for client interest at all. Does have good reputation amongst her own peers. She agrees with the opposing counsel for everything without consulting client. She also needs to hire really good interns and junior attorneys in her office, just as bad as her. She is not result oriented at all, just wants the money. She should have her attorney privileges revoked. She needs to go back to law school and work on doing more training under other attorneys/firms before she claims to be an attorney on her own let alone a partner.
