Does as little as possible in preparation for criminal trials. Does not file appropriate motions or any motions for that matter. Can't be bothered. Takes your money and does slip shod work.

this attorney took $1500.00 from me in June of 2010 for a will probate case and as of June of 2011 he has done absolutely nothing. Iam now in the process of losing my home to forclosure because he has not even filed for an executor I have assets that could be sold to save my home, but since he is dragging this out my hands are tied and I cannot sell assets to save my home. This man is very verbally abusive, insulting and has accosted me twice in his office, second time was loud enough for everyone in the office to hear what he was yelling at me about. Very dishonest does not tell me the truth but he discusses the case with my daughter and conspires with her against me. Is there any attorneys in Portage county that maybe be able to help me?
