DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER. I am an out-of-state beneficiary. This lawyer and his colleague repeatedly lied to me, were uncooperative, withheld my trust distribution for almost 2 years, penalized me (to the tune of almost $500 per hour) for questioning trust expenses, finally blackmailed me at the end, forcing me to sign off on the final distribution, and charged the trust a whopping 12% fee, despite the 3% Florida guidelines for a simple trust, which this was. They are nothing less than greedy and impersonal.
