Daniel Bates was retained as a parenting time coordinator for my ex-husband and I in July 2014. Mr. Bates lied to me in an effort to get me to agree with something that I was not comfortable with. I am now bound to a court order that is unnecessary and detrimental to myself and my children. He has also had side conversations with my ex husband and his lawyer, which goes against the agreement that we signed. Aside from that, he does not return phone calls or emails. At one point when he was out of town, his assistant called both my ex husband and I very angry that emails were being sent to Mr. Bates and that she was going to send us bills for $75 an email.
