Ms Anderson was highly recommended by an attorney friend of mine so I didn't question her ability to handle my divorce. It was a simple case. It wasn't until after the mediated agreement was signed that I realized what a poor deal she had negotiated. I relied on her expertise to negotiate a fair agreement. My children did not receive even minimal consideration in the settlement. Consequentially, I am now looking at more court action to try to get their father to provide his half-portion of basic care for his children. Maybe she planned on collecting a follow up fee in addition to her initial divorce fee (which, by the way, is more than the going rate in Pensacola)? Bottom line, I paid above average attorney fees for a sub-par divorce agreement. Oh,and I will NOT be using her services to try to correct the mistakes she made the first time around!
