I'm back to revise my 10/22 review of Fox and Fox.
When I terminated my relationship with Fox, I was overwhelmed by how slowly the LACS works.
Only by going in pro per did I see that navigating the system is like doing the breast stroke in a pool of mud. Fox has the proper swimming gear. I did not.
By the time of trial, I had put in months of sometimes 80 hour weeks and realized that I needed Frank and his team once again. I'm happy that they graciously agreed to work with me again.
Fox and Fox have worked some heavy duty magic during these last three months in trial (yup, 3 months - and it ain't done yet. The McCourt case was shorter than mine - and I have NOTHING!).
The bottom line is that I re-entered the relationship with Fox and Fox with a newfound respect for them.
I've also learned to put some distance between what is perceived to be a bad experience and placing a negative review about it online.
Perspective is everything.
