Was co-counsel during my son's divorce. His attorney was out for 3 months and Mr. Winn was attorney of record during that time. His only interest in my son's case was how much he could bill. Billing was Mr. Winn's main form of communication. Paid over $2000 to him during that time for absolutely nothing. The case went no where with Mr. Winn. As soon as my son's attorney returned, the case moved on, no thanks to Mr. Winn. He may be knowledgeable but he hides it well.

My brother hired this lawyer, my parents fronted the 2500 dollar deposit they send him the first bill for 800 dollars after 1 meeting and a couple phone calls this process was started in early April it is now the middle of June and they have not even filed papers to the court yet!!! It is June 15th for the last 3 weeks hes been promised the papers would be filed by Friday its Wednesday of the 4th week still no filing Wow talk about a high priced slow group of supposedly good family law their company motto is a partner you can count on well Id say you would be better off with a cheaper firm they also want their money immediately Considering the already stressful expensive time during divorce to have a Lawyer who will not work with you on payment plans, and slow pay stops progress. I feel in my opinion that you can do better than J.G.Winn for a speedy divorce. for the price $400 an hour is outrageous for the slow speed of service. A Partner you can count on to lie and not deliver!
