I do not understand any bad reviews at all. Tracy was fantastic and performed miracles. I recommended her to a coworker who would say the same.

Put your trust in her, you will not be disappointed! I can not understand any negative review, I can only assume they are made out of spite. I had Tracy for 4 years representing me! She went above and beyond! My case was difficult, emotional and years long. She far exceeded my expectations. she prepared for everything, never asked me to give more than I wanted, truly just worked towards my end goal, and got it. She is calm and professional, but a bulldogge in the courtroom. She knows family law inside and out. She made me feel like I was priority and dedicated so much time to my case. I will be forever grateful for what she has done for me and my children!

I think Tracy was great to work with. She was very easy to deal with, and had great knowledge to help me with my case. I found that she was very quick and very reasonable with her price. I would certainly use her again.

The worst family lawyer in the city!!! Very unprofessional and lazy and did not follow through with anything. She cost me 3 years and continuing fighting for my children from an abusive ex wife

Tracy is a knowledgeable professional with a compassion for the people she serves. She has assisted me with family court issues for a period of nearly 6 years. She has provided me with valuable advice and insight and always brought the focus back to what is best for my child. She has always been fair and reasonable in relation to costs and payment for services. She is someone I consider not only a lawyer, but a friend who truly cares about me and my child. I could not have gotten the outcome I have today without her compassionate assistance. Truly a rare find and a beautiful person inside and out who will help you reach a reasonable outcome that is best for you and your child. Recommend her 100%.

I started my court sessions in 1998 with another solicitor, who got me my first order after divorce. then unfortunately my ex wife, continued to ask for more and more through out the years, I was getting extremely frustrated with always paying out while my ex was sitting at home doing nothing, after the next solicitor took me for 12,000.00 and no settlement. I contacted Ms Ross. What a God send, she meet with me for 1.5 hours discussed the facts and I left with a plan of attack and hope as I headed home. She then went on to present the facts to my Ex's solicitor and asked for her facts in return, once my ex realized she could not lie and get away with it anymore, 9 months later from last Aug 2013, I now have a final order with no more support,Ms Ross deals with and argues the truth and doesn't play games in court, to increase the bill.Thanks to Ms Ross, I am able to put this behind me. I would use her again and strongly recommend you contact her for any family court matter. Kevin

I was one of Ms. Ross' first clients and i must say longest running clients. Ms. Ross was always very professional, always offered me great advise and always had not only my interests but my child's interest at heart. I will admit that she didn't always submit every affidavit that i wrote but in hindsight, i am very happy that she didn't as my petty affidavits would have only sparked an affidavit war and for anyone who knows what these are, you will understand the cost involved in responding to affidavit after affidavit!! Ms. Ross was never worried about money, there were times over the course of 3 years that i was not employed, she didn't ask for large sums of money at one point i was only paying her $50.00 per month when my bill was in the thousands. She never gave up on me, she believed in me all along and for this i am truly thankful as i had given up many times. I am a single dad and am proud to say that Ms. Ross got me sole custody of my son, i would recommend her to anyone!

Tracy Ross is a fantastic lawyer! She has patiently worked with me through a messy case (which has been going on for years) and never gave up even when I was at a point of walking away. She always found a way to work with me through various situations, including financially. It was because of her I FINALLY was able to get a police enforced court order and was able to gain access to my child. She knows her stuff and is very professional. I don't have one negative thing to say about her. She is there to fight for her clients! Myself and my family are very grateful to have her involved in our case.

Tracy was honest, open and very helpful. Through this very trying time I felt as though I had someone in my corner. I hope to never have to experience this type of situation again. But it is nice to know Tracy is the type of lawyer you can rely on to pursue your case with a high level of professionalism. Very Happy!

Amazing. My case was impossible. It took over 3 years. I myself was sick of it! Not once did Tracy or her staff make me feel like I was wasting their time, even when I knew that the bogus affidavits and "he-said-she-said" was worse than the drama on late night tv. I was on legal aid, and my ex had a very expensive lawyer, with what seemed limitless funds to continue. I had to call Tracy after hours. I emailed her while she was on Vacation, because of a "crisis" that couldn't wait. She always responded, right away. I could have never got through this without her. She understoon what I wanted and needed, she genuinely cared about my children, and she never let me sacrafice these for an 'easier way to be done'. After 3+ years, I got sole custody of my kids, with access as I had requested. My ex tried to get out of all back support, and she got it for me. Anyone who thinks that legal aid will affect their representation has not met with Tracy Ross yet, because she fought for me, and won.

AVOID!! She did a terrible job representing me. I tried to give her affidavits of people who could prove my affidavit was true. She wouldn't accept them and in court the judge asked where the affidavits where from those people and she said nothing Shes terrible..

Absolutely horrible. We lost out on so much using her. Impossible to get ahold of, wouldn't let us know what was going on in the custody case, and was making decisions for my husband. We wanted to keep going to a trial if necessary or until we got equal access, which shouldn't have been an issue, it would have just taken time to build up to that. My husband when in for his settlement conference he came out and it was done and we were just left dazed and confused. Felt like she thought we weren't going to have the money so she didn't want to deal with us. Pathetic

We went with this lawyer and were sorely disappointed. She took a LONG time to get back to us when we had concerns. Throughout the court battle, we asked herr what she thought that we could get - and she kept telling us that we could win and only after two years (which my status did not change - I was NOT an abusive parent or use drugs or alcohol) did she say that we were going to lose - makes us wonder if she was just pulling us along for the money we were paying her. I ended up losing custody of my child because she wasn't willing to fight for us. She had us get affidavits from people and she didn't even bring them up in court to use as evidence against the other person, so what was the point of the hard work to get them finished?! She was a complete waste of time and hard earned money!!! I definately would NOT reccomend her to anyone else, she does NOT work for your case!
