Mr. Allan Weinberg is a diamond in the rough. His extensive experience in family law exhibits true professionalism and courtesy for his clients. He listens, cares, and gets to the point on any of his court cases. He is definitely an outspoken individual that separates him from the rest of the crowd. As he does his magic representing you with whatever issues that may arise, his cleverness and intelligence in family law will outshine the rest of them. Watching Allan do what he does best is like watching an old Perry Mason show in action. I am honored to have such a person in my life. He is great to work with and assists you with any concerns that may come up. People are quick to judge a person’s character and try to sway judgment, however if you trust Allan like I did, everything will be ok. (He even called me back while he was on vacation from Italy! Now that's service with a smile. He cares about his clients. A+++++++) 5 star service. That is what you get with the best!

Completely agree with the previous poster. He seems like a nice guy but watch your bills...he does tend to inflate them so dispute anything you see that is wrong. And read your initial contract CAREFULLY because what I thought was the agreed-upon rate was actually incorrect because he had hid in the contract another 7% fee for miscellaneous things that he failed to mention at our initial meeting. Every phone call/email, no matter how insignificant or short of time, will be charged a ridiculous amount. His communication is horrible; after I hired him as my lawyer, my EX was the one to ask me after a month after he filed for divorce whether or not I had retained a lawyer because his lawyer hadn't heard anything from my side. Keep on top of him because he will forget about you at times and cover up his (numerous) mistakes with lawyer schmoozing and BS'ing.
