**BEWARE** Horrible! Was stuck with this firm for a mortgage settlement hired via our realtor. At the time, advised all our fees were settled then. Months later, not only did we receive an invoice for a ridiculous service fee...in addition we NEVER received an explanation nor our escrow refund! They are now failing to respond to our communications and 6 Months later we STILL have yet to have this resolved!! I am now forced to contact Attorney General for guidance. Its such a disgrace. The sell of my ill senior father and my recently deceased mother made this transaction most challenging enough! To now have to deal with this is just heartless, classless & most cruely unprofessional.

I hired Tupitza Law to handle a landlord-tenant dispute. I found them to be very unresponsive and slow. Everytime that a document required filing (response to appeal, notification of eviction after 10 days, etc.), I had to contact the law firm to ask when the next filing would take place. Neither my property manager nor I could get quick responses from Ryan Paddick, the attorney handling my case, or Jim Tupitza. We just wanted to get the greenlight for the eviction, but all the delays and frustrations with contacting our attorneys make this process very difficult.
