Excellent lawyer, Good man. Very competent, very competent staff and legal assistant. Worked 22 months on a case for me having to deal with 4 separate attorney's throughout the pendency of my case. Excellent outcome even though I didn't get full custody. I have a plan that can be enforced and more access to my child. My ex is on notice that one violation will land her in jail. Bert was prepared, professional, and committed. I would readily recommend him or anyone in his firm without hesitation.

Bert was very good for us. He accomplished things for us as grandparents that we were told could not be done. He was very patient with our grandson and knew exactly how to talk to him. He was referred to us by someone at Childrens Services and he honestly works hard for the child. I recommend him to anyone that is having custody problems with grandchildren. We love him.

Bert is an attorney that I will call anytime!! He is passionate about helping people when they are wronged! He is honest and to all these people that think he is out for money...we all need to make a living and Bert is awesome and earns every penny he gets paid!!!

Bert has represented me through some very complicated issues, doing everything possible to provide me with a satisfactory outcome. Though we didn't fair well in the beginning he has fought to right the ship. That is what you want from an attorney. Someone who will fight for you and understands that stakes that are involved. He is professional, courteous, honest, direct and caring. If you want to be represented with YOUR best interest at heart he is the man. Bert will not make a promise that he cannot deliver, rather he will fight to provide you with the best deal possible. We all wish we could win 100% of the time, make the other suffer but that is not the objective. The objective for the lawyer is to provide you with advice on what your realistic options are, fight to achieve your original goals and then pray that the system is fair along the way.

Run from this man as fast as you can! It's all about the money for Bert. He has let our friend down by not showing up at the last minute in court, not preparing his client and sending someone in with absolutely no knowledge of the case to represent our friend. Come on Bert - what gives? How do you sleep at night?
