My experience with Attorney Thomas Kapke was a nightmare. Four months before my mom died, Attorney Thomas Kapke did a complete Amendment and Restatement of my mom's Revocable Living Trust. My mother was very sick and weak and the time of the Amendment and Restatement. My mother NEVER contacted Attorney Kapke. My mom spent ten years working with an Elder Law Attorney and Attorney Kapke wiped out all of her estate plans. - It was a disaster- years and years in Probate Court, and Attorney Thomas Kapke even admitted to the Judge that he never reviewed the file of the Elder Law Attorney. We spent years in Court trying to straighten out the mess _ A word of Caution to future clients - STAY AWAY from Attorney Thomas KAPKE !!!

In my opinion, Attorney Kapke is not knowledgeable of the law. He used most of the estate money to hire other Attorneys to assist him.He was not transparent with all beneficiaries. I would not recommend.

my experience with attorney Thomas Kapke was horrible. I would NOT refer Attorney Kapke. Be warned he is a referring Attorney for Open House Estate Sales and he tried to clean out my mother's entire house with an estate sale. I told him repeatedly my mother drew up Gift Letters and the contents of the house were given to family members. Attorney Kapke Refused to Listen. I finally was forced to file a complaint with the Office of Lawyer Regulation and Eight Months after filing the complaint, Attorney Kapke finally looked for and found the Gift Letters. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I would never go near Attorney Kapke again for any reason.
