He will basically take any case where the client has funds to pay him. That is, he does not care about the facts of the case or the law, or whether the client has a strong case, and fails to discuss the pro and cons of the case, as every attorney is ethically obligated to do under the Rules of Professional Conduct. Then he will over bill you and not assist you further if you dispute his fees. Of course most attorneys are comfortable taking advantage of their clients because the think their peers will not rule against them. Mr. Lovell is dishonest and should be disbarred.

Not a Reliable, Diligent, and Committed Attorney. He even had ulterior motives to get things from his clients that he does not deserve at all. So, please do not go to this attorney for legal services or legal representations. He is going let you down just like the way he has let me down and caused harms on my case and caused harms to me. He is also not kind, not ethical, not compassionate as every attorney ought to be because law is to protect people, not for lawyers to abuse, torture, and to harm innocent human beings--the attorney's clients! Not very analytical, not very creative, and definitely not just at all!
