Rob has been my lawyer for many years and he is very knowledgeable, personable, has always obtained great results and his fees are very fair. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Rob wanted me to give him a blank cheque and he would fill in what he needed for his fees on a real estate transaction. I disagreed and asked him to provide me with an itemized list. There were items in his fees that I disagreed with and was not made aware of earlier by Rob. Rob also attempted to blame me for not letting the buyers come for a second visit. My crooked real estate agent, who was on vacation when the house sold but told me he was visiting his sick mother, was repeatedly and deliberately failed to respond to the other real estate agents phone messages to arrange the second visit. My real estate agent and Rob blamed me. Instead of defending me, Rob takes my crooked real estate agent's side. When I explained real estate agent's motives, he was pretty embarrassed and I was angry. We paid Rob to assist us not to go against us. Rob was referred to me by a former friend, also a lawyer. As a result, I will never take another referral again

DO NOT USE ROB POLLOCK! He "forgot" about 30k of my money that should have been disbursed back to my account upon closing of my house. He is a crook! When I realized that 30k was missing from my down payment on my house, he refused to pay me the interest on the money he had held for over a month and a half. He also cited that he had to accommodate my father (who cannot do stairs) so he should have charged extra because he had to come downstairs to his lobby for us to sign paperwork during a fire alarm in his building. TERRIBLE experience, and I have complained to the Bar Association regarding this.
