I was in a motor vehicle accident which required physical therapy. Once I located a therapist, I was referred to this attorney. To make the long story short, my therapy lasted about 2 months and it’s been almost a year since the accident. Whenever, I tried to contact the attorney he is never available. Recently, I received a letter in the mail stating that he will not longer represent me because his case load had other demands. I contacted him via phone and again he was not available. He finally called me back and we talked about the issue at hand. He got really disrespectful explaining that he’s not obligated to do anything for me or even speak to me because as stated in the letter he no longer represents me. I have dealt with plenty of lawyers before and have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism in my life. In conclusion, per the letter I must find a lawyer to handle his unfinished business.
