I highly recommend Mr. Rogers as legal council. He recently represented me and came through on everything he promised. His fees were more than fair and the outcome of my case was better than expected.

Mr. Rogers was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed unfavourable. Not only was he able to defend us from an adverse outcome, his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional support to myself and those I care about most. Mr. Rogers was always there when we needed to speak with him, regardless of the hour or time of day, he made himself available to talk. My family is eternally grateful for his service and highly recommends Mr. Rogers without reservation.

Do not waste your money or jeopardize your situation for lack of knowledge, court preparation, and forgetfulness about your personal situation. Drags out the process with no communication on what to expect in the process. TIME IS MONEY!!!!

I had this lawyer represent me in a divorce and I did very poorly financially. He is no match to other lawyers who represent their clients. He doesn't listen and finally I had to become very aggressive to get things moving. Had I not I would have lost everything. A friend of mine had Craig as well and he lost everything because he listened to his****. Very poor excuse for a lawyer don' t waste your money. He should take up some other occupation .

I've retained Mr. Rogers on a few different legal matters and have found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is up front about what needs to be done and is very effective in his work. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing representation, he got me exactly what i was asking for our of my cases.

I am writing this review to protect and prevent others from falling into a trap where your case is left in limbo (except for the payments). The facts the courts were looking for were not accurately presented in front of judges and many times paperwork was simply not filed and/or submitted with the courts. Due to the poor quality of work by him and lack of knowledge of the law, this attributed to rising costs and more stress. Further, after an embarrassing day in court, he led me to have him work "behind the scenes" where he did the final preparations and paperwork. He promised me the case looked good (no way would I lose) and that the case was straight forward, when really, I was left alone in court to drown. I fell into many pitfalls because of this which prolonged my case and only made it worse leaving only myself present and the ability to wipe his hands clean and unaccountable. I urge you to find different counsel, the only thing I find he was on top of, was how much I owed him.

My case was both easy and extremely time sensitive. This lawyer promised from the beginning that it would take no more then 4 months, and there was "no way" I would loose. This man seems adept at telling you what you want to hear, but deliver no results. I was bullied into decisions I was uncomfortable with, lied to, misled and treated with disrespect. Now, 2 yrs later, I have lost my child although there has been not a single issue of bad parenting raised, although my ex has had a child removed by the CAS. With this lawyer, you will hear a lot of, 'there's no way this won't work', then after it fails, he will attack you should you dare to question his lack of promised results. At least 3 times, I had to pay to go to court, and he didn't even know the case was remanded. He was never prepared for court, dishonest and disrespectful, aggressive with his client, but lenient in opposing counsel, and would continually refuse to follow his clients instructions. If you have kids, avaid him

Now first of all I want to set things straight and say I am not some alcoholic caught driving or some drug loser crying about how they got sent to jail. I am an individual who had grave injustices committed against me where large somes of money were lost and cover ups were involved. This man knew nothing about the case after numerous years pretending to represent me and claiming how much experience he had dealing with such situations. I had to do all of this man's job plus deal with speaking with the judge because he knew nothing of what was going on with the case. I ended up firing him and hired new representation which is the absolute best thing I could have done. The only thing I hope to gain by this review is for people to be extremely careful dealing with him. Between his legal ethics, knowledge and billing practices, this man should not be representing people. I am not out to slander someone's name but to protect people from making the same mistake as I did.

Mr.Rogers is a Terrible lawyer. He does not work for his clients. He works more for the Crown Attorney. He works mostly from the Perth court house, which he tells me "he has too many skeletons in the closet", to stand up for me and get an innocent man a not guilty verdict, when he fully knew I was an innocent man. I asked him to change venue and he lied to me many times giving me excuse after excuse why didin't want to change venue. He asked me tolie on the stand and not reveal certain tactics he did. He should be disbard!!! (Do not hire!!!)
