He did not pay much attention to our case. Numerous times we had to call his office only to find out that they were waiting for something that we could have easily gotten to them if they had only communicated with us. I was highly recommended finding someone else. He really seems to be in it for the money and doesn't seem to put a lot of effort into bringing the cases to a successful conclusion. It's more like he let's the thing run it's course and then takes his cut. Bad news. Stay away. They are lazy an unresponsive.

BJ has represented me on a few occasions and I could not have been better represented! He has been at the top of his game, fully informative whenever I needed to understand the finer points of the law, and went out of his way to understand my particular issues. He and his firm did not treat me like a case or an income but a person with a family. Personal issues are hard to negotiate and BJ has represented my family well. I will recommend him any and every time someone asks about retaining a lawyer!

Mr. Branch has handled my legal matters as well as those of my family for at least 20 years. He makes it a point to be easily accessible to his clients, and returns phone calls in a timely manner. He has aggressively pursued our best interests in everything he has done,and has negotiated fair settlements when appropriate. I would happily recommend Mr. Branch to anyone seeking aggressive, effective representation in any personal injury claim.

Treated us like pests...ended up settling when he shouldn't because he was leaving the practice and wanted to finish the case.
