Question in Issue, (Never Answered by SCC) Whether a trial judge, who was an ex-crown attorney / Attorney General of Province with the whole police force under her in the same court and has represented the interests of the crown and police for several years, incapable of making an impartial and independent judgment, due to perceived and actual conflict of interest ? If so, does that court proceeding infringe on Section 11d of the Charter of Rights and Freedom ? If so, does that in effect quash any judgment by that trial judge / Attorney General in legal proceedings of that trial court ? AJ Watson is NOT independent of Crown / Prosecution as she gets retirement benefits from the Crown. Such Judges are economic burden on the society !!

Ann J Watson worked as Crown Attorney, then as a private lawyer and now is a JUDGE in the same court and in the same Jurisdiction (Robert SK Welch Court House). She knows all the Crown Attorneys in the court house and worked with them for years and now she is a judge ! She will never pass any judgments against the crown. Where is the justice if the crown attorneys, who are representing her majesty become judge. Now the whole justice system is a big joke. There is no need of courts and judges, since the crown attorneys can use probable and reasonable grounds to arrest anyone, force the person to plead guilty and put that person in jail. The crown attorneys and the police always win, since the judge is in fact a crown attorney.
