HHate to do this. He was such a nice guy and we had nice conversation. However, I paid a premium to get a detailed report on the state of our condo corporation. We were told everything was fine. We shouldn't have to worrry about special assussments. We;ve had two special assessments in the two years we;ve been here and the financial shape of the corporation is not good. The board and management companies have been total disasters. I feel that we did not get value for our money and are now struggling a bit financially. We will move as soon as we can sell the place. We won't be using Garside Law for the closing.

Gordon was our lawyer for many years and now we are in court trying to hold him accountable. He is also being sued my members of his own family and members of his church. He blames everyone but himself. The court file # is 2103-18060. Hopefully others who have been harmed by Gordon will use this forum to alert others.
