Does not follow through, all talk little to show. Issued documents with misspellings more than once.

Brad is a tell you what you want to hear but with no follow through kind of lawyer. He pretends to be empathetic to your situation but will buckle under any pressure. He was counter productive in meetings and placed me in a worse position than I started in. He directed legal issues to a child psychologist and cost me a fortune in emails with absolutely nothing to show for the cost of his work. Only when I got mad did I start getting results. If you hire Brad, be prepared to be your own advocate and have a strong backbone to insist he DO something or he will take your money and you will have no idea what you paid for. So far the worst lawyer in terms of advocating or working on your behalf. He's pretty sexist too, I was labelled and generalized in a category of women that are controlling, Type A etc, etc.

Brad is very excellent to communicate with. He is very good at returning phone calls/emails. He is a 'collaborative law' lawyer so he tries to avoid court. His assistant Laurel is also very easy to deal with. Brad is very knowledgeable and doesn't play games to prolong billing. I'm not sure if I would trust him in a court battle though as he doesn't seem to push too hard.
