Ms. Robilaota was the prosecutor on the appeal of my case. I have to wonder if her ambition for becoming a lawyer was the defense of errors made by the courts and others in her office. It would seem that Ms. Robilota would rather have defendants be tricked into pleas by not following due process in the plea process by the Larimer County DA's Office. For this reason wanting to withhold constitutional rights from defendants, I would not recommend that she be considered for advancement.
