Attorney Sweeney (and her daughter, also a lawyer), both seem to be intelligent, capable lawyers. Their legal assistant (and receptionist?) is, however, completely incompetent. Their practice seems to be more determined to keep accurate billing records than actually help their clients with quick resolution to even simple issues. Further, Atty Sweeney seemed unfamiliar with my case at almost all of our face-to-face meetings and I had to remind her of even the most basic facts (ie, that I was the plaintiff) each time. Overall, a terrible experience that I wish I could do over.
