Doesn't explain what else can happen and all options now stuck with a plea which which good but i didn't know it would count as conviction that's bad I would never accepted that .!!!

Mr Gottesman is a fighter. he has tremendous instincts, guts, and the experience to do the job right. I would recommend him.

Michael was recommended by a friend as a divorce attorney that works on a flat fee. Many of the things that he told me at the first meeting were not true. Michael said that I would not pay spousal support. I am paying support for 5 years, told me after that is the way it is. Michael does NOT communicate what is happening in your case in a timely manner, if at all. Michael did not want to argue for items in a pre-nuptial agreement, and this cost me over $20,000 to settle the case. Michael coersed me to take a bad settlement rather than putting any effort into getting me an equitable settlement. You should look elsewhere for a better attorney if there is any reason to believe there will be a fight to get a fair settlement. Michael will not fight for your rights! He will just take your money and let you get screwed.
