Very unhappy. Final bill was wayyyy higher than quote. Everyone warned me the "quote" was too good to be true but they promised me it included everything.

We hired Richard for our purchase/sale in the summer of 2016. He was reasonably priced and the transaction was handled well. He was even patient with our semi-behaved kids as well. It's nice to deal with an office where the employees are well treated and happy. I would recommend his team above any other lawyer's office that I have dealt with.

great experience with this office. We shopped around for best price, and was given his name by a couple of friends so we checked it out. His staff was helpful, our purchase and sale went smoothly; great value for our money, and we would recommend him. Thanks Richard and staff!

We were referred by our mortgage Rep, and I understand why! Great service and very helpful staff. Richard reviewed the Offer, and asked the Builder to remove some of the unnecessary charges - and saved us almost $1,000. We thought we had done our research about extra costs (CHMC fees, HST on insurance premiums, utility deposits, etc) so we were really really happy that Richard was able to deal with the Builder and save us some money. I've recommenced several people from my work to him since we closed our purchase, and everyone has been happy with his service and fees. Thanks Richard and staff!

A great lawyer! It is a very busy office but the the staff and Richard were able to make my experience wonderful. He answered all my questions and when he wasn't able to take my call, his secretary always stepped in.

Richard has been our lawyer for years and has help facilitate many real estate transactions. He is full of knowledge and has always been extremely helpful. We had a title problem with our purchase and because of Richard and his very knowledgeable staff, the problem was solved quickly and efficiently.

I am very dissatisfied with Richard. I used him to purchase a house with my parents when I was 20 and in my first year of University. Richard has advised us to put my name on title so our insurance prices would be lower. I told Richard that I was a first time home buyer and he did not inform me of any government incentives. He went on to say that I would not be affected by this purchase when I went to buy my own first home. Now 5 years later I have bought my own home and lost all of my first time home buyer benefits, and also did not get them for the house I purchased through Richard. I called Richard to inquire and he did not have time to talk or even to return my call. I will never use Richard again and HIGHLY recommend finding another lawyer that will find all the benefits you are entitled to and have time to call you if you have questions.

Very unsatisfied with this lawyer. After 11 months had not performed services he agreed to do, update will and transfer property deed. Office staff and lawyer would not return telephone calls to update progress. Very frustrating experience so finally fired him and went to another lawyer. Would not recommend.

Richard went out of his way to stay late one evening and help us out. One of the things we needed taken care of he couldn't help with, and suggested another local lawyer who was able to help us in a timely manner. Pros: Very well priced, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to interact with, will go out of his way to "get it done" for you. Cons: Very, very busy office, difficult to get in touch with sometimes.
