After my divorce I talked to another attorney.I was told my divorce papers were the worst wrote up papers he has ever seen. There was no recourse for me,no safety netting at all no best interest for me.Ex was given property I paid the loans for. He said you dont give an asset to one and have the other pay the loan for it.Also didnt say what would happen or what a person could do if the other failed to abide by the court order.Ex is in contempt of court because he could not refinance loan. Papers say nothing what could be done if he didnt do that&He didnt do that and now I have to pay his loan of 9000.00 because my attorney didnt know what she was doing.I had to pay him a lump sum of money that he went and spent.Instead my attorney should of made him pay that money on that loan.So I had to transfer property to him,pay him money and Now I have to pay his loan because he died and left my name on the loan making me responsible for it.Nows theres nothing I can do but pay,pay DANDY ATTORNEY
