They absolutely ruined my first time home buying experience. Dealt mostly with the secretary, wife of the lawyer and was rude, entitled and arrogant. Terrible attitude- they were largely incompetent, and charged me FAR more than the flat rate they originally quoted me. They didn’t handle my transaction correctly which ended up costinf me 10K in additional mortgage fees. I can’t express how poorly they managed my case and was very upset. Awful client relations, unprofessional and unresponsive. When I actual dealt with the lawyer Grant, totally dismissive. Avoid at all costs, painful experience.

What a terrible experience!! This awful duo (married no less) were inept, poor attitude, arrogant and incredibly unhelpful. As a first time homebuyer, I had an awful experience. They charged things that they never explained, so I questioned everything.They diminished my trust. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Run the opposite direction. You get the service of a secretary for a lawyer's fee.

We are about to use Grant Poulsen services for the 6th time. He and Sarah have been always very quick to meet the deadlines and made sure that all the T-s were crossed and I-s were dotted. Friendly, conscientious, and looking out for us in the different transactions. Clear communication and warnings for potential pitfalls. Once the latest is completed, my wife and I will get our Wills done. I cannot imagine using any other lawyer.

Had such a great experience working with this team!! What a difference it makes working with a small family business. Had such an awful experience!! Had I known what I should have been prepared for, I would avoid Grant and Sarah at all costs! Poor communication, lack of context, particularly with the finances and billing, which resulted in more out of pocket costs as it was related to my mortgage. Failure to understand my case, which should have been a straight purchase. As a new home buyer, AVOID THIS LAWYER AT ALL COSTS.

We are so glad to have found Grant to take care of the sale of our home. Both Grant and Sarah were very professional, explained everything thoroughly and promptly answered any concerns we had by email or phone. They were always a pleasure to deal with and I have already recommended him to our friends and family and will definitely go back when we purchase our next home.

Overpaid for services involving the secretary more than the lawyer, which was supposed to be a flat fee. Poor communication, rude, terrible attitude and withheld information. Didn’t deliver, not worth your time and value. Never recommend.
